Orders are listed by date

Showing the customers name, type, ticket value and date

Search by name or email and filter by date.

Click on a customer to view the order details.

Customer details

Provides generic details like name, email, postcode, date ordered, type and order ID.

You have the following option:
1. MORE DETAILS  - allows you to edit the customers details

Tickets

Provides a list of ticket types, value and quantity,

You have the following options:
1. RESEND - re-sends the customers confirmation email

2. VIEW - Ability to view the customers tickets/conformation email

3. CHANGE TICKETS - Edit the customers tickets, allowing a billable upgrade or refund.

Scanned

Informs you if tickets have been scanned.

Transactions

Provides a list of payments the customer has made and scheduled transactions if this order is a payment plan.

Allows you edit the customers tickets

EDIT PRICE - change the price of a ticket, calculating a refund or charge.

REFUND - Mark a ticket for refund

VOID - Remove a ticket without a refund

ADD TICKET - Choose tickets to add to the order, sending a payment link to the customer to settle the difference.
